Pressurized Equipment Management Software | VAIL-Plant® PEMS Module

Pressurized Equipment Management Software (PEMS) is one of the key focuses of Asset Integrity Management that complies with the regulatory requirements for pressure equipment, tanks,  and piping inspections.

Velosi’s VAIL-plant PEMS Software module contains a comprehensive database for piping and pressurized equipment, such as vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and more. The Pressurized Equipment Management Software (PEMS) Module in VAIL-Plant® is a standards-based solution for managing the integrity and compliance of pressure vessels, piping, and heat exchangers. Aligned with API 510, API 570, and ASME Section VIII, it centralizes inspection data, thickness monitoring, and RBI-based maintenance. The module automates scheduling, tracks anomalies, and provides real-time analytics, enhancing asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient maintenance planning.

It covers the complete risk assessment process and facilitates inspection planning to estimate the remaining life of an asset and the next inspection date.
