Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) Operator Training at Velosi is designed to enable participants to obtain sufficient skills and information about how to operate BMUs and also to guarantee that they will use the BMUs correctly and safely.

This interactive training course aims at identifying the common elements of BMUs, risks involved in BMU operation, and the ideal practices concerning maintenance and safety. Audience will receive formal education and practical skills needed for addressing BMUs in all possibilities including high risers.

By the end of this course, participants will learn to:

• Understand the hazards associated with tower climbing and how to mitigate risks.
• Use climbing equipment and safety gear properly.
• Perform effective climbing techniques for various tower types.
• Conduct pre-climb inspections and assessments.
• Perform mitigation procedures.
• Follow the safety standards and guidelines that is used by the various industries.

Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting. Meeting invites will be shared one day before the first day of training.
