Velosi is conducting Spill Kit Training

The Spill Kit Training is equipped the basic concepts and practical actions that help to address chemical spills and leaks at workplace. This training involves hazard identification of spills, correct utilization of spill kits, and placing emphasis on emergency response planning. Participants will gain knowledge of spill management skills and overall environmental impact.

By the end of this course, participants will learn to:

• Identify and assess the types of materials that may require spill kits and the associated risks.
• Understand Spill Response Procedures
• Comprehend spill response procedures the appropriate steps to take in the event of a spill, including evacuation and containment measures.
• Practice using spill kit components effectively for various types of spills (e.g., liquids, solids, hazardous materials).
• Understand and identify the importance of environmental protection.
• Accurately report spills and document response actions for regulatory compliance and safety audits.

Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting. Meeting invites will be shared on the day before the first day of training.
