JGC Corporation Japan has awarded a contract to Velosi to develop the Corrosion Management Program (CMP) for Saudi Aramco’s Zuluf Central Processing Facilities. Zuluf CPF includes Gas Oil Separation Plants, Gas Compression Facility, Crude Storage/ Shipping Facility, Water Injection Plant, Water Oil Separation Plant, Flare Systems and Utilities.
Velosi’s technical team will perform all CMP activities as per the latest Saudi Aramco standards and guidelines. The activities include corrosion loop development, highlighting corrosion mitigation strategies, performing corrosion risk assessment, creating Integrity Operation Windows (IOW) and overall development of a Corrosion Control Document (CCD).
Team Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:
- Corrosion Loop Drawings
- Corrosion Risk Assessment
- Corrosion Mitigation Plan
- Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs)
- Corrosion Control Document (CCD)
