Mari Energies Adopts AI-Based VAIL-Plant® Software for Asset Integrity & Inspection Management

Mari Energies Limited (formerly MPCL) has successfully onboarded Velosi’s AI-powered VAIL-Plant® Software (Asset Integrity & Inspection Management System) at its SGPC Facility in Daharki, Pakistan.

The deployment will cover the following VAIL-Plant® modules: PEMS, PIMSON, EIRMS, PSVMS, CPMS, APMS, and ISMS, supported by a centralized master database and hands-on end-user training.

This contract award marks another successful initiative in Velosi’s expanding portfolio of AI-driven asset integrity deployments across the energy sector.

Velosi looks forward to this project and remains fully committed to delivering excellence, meeting Mari Energies’ operational expectations, and driving long-term value through digital transformation.

As part of the project scope, Velosi will deliver the following:

  • Upload of technical and inspection data into VAIL-Plant®
  • Two-way SAP & GIS integration, enabling seamless, real-time data communication between VAIL-Plant® and client enterprise systems
  • Customized dashboards and reporting templates covering corrosion rates, remaining life, failures, leakages, overdue inspections/actions, field-based reports, and damage mechanisms
  • Provision of user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials
