  • The “STI Scaffold Erectortraining course is systematically designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and skills required for the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems. Participants will gain a deep understanding of various scaffold types, assembly procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. This training course ensures that scaffolding structures are constructed and deconstructed safely, thereby safeguarding workers and enhancing overall site safety.

  • By the end of this course, participants will be learn to:

    • Understand Scaffold Types and Components: Identify and differentiate between various scaffold systems and their respective components.
    • Apply Safe Erection and Dismantling Procedures: Execute step-by-step assembly and disassembly of scaffolds following established safety protocols.
    • Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Interpret and adhere to relevant standards and regulations, including OSHA guidelines, during scaffold operations.
    • Implement Fall Protection Measures: Utilize appropriate fall protection equipment and techniques to prevent accidents.
    • Conduct Pre-Use Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of scaffold components and structures before use to ensure safety and stability.
  • Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting. Meeting invites will be shared one day before the first day of training. 

    Face-to-face training is available as per request.

  • Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, participants will receive a Scaffold Erector Training Certificate from STI, recognized by ADNOC and industry professionals.
