• Developing skills in project management, budgeting, and financial management related to facility management.
• Developing skills in communication and leadership, including managing teams, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments.
• Understanding the regulations and compliance requirements related to facility management, such as OSHA, ADA, and EPA regulations.
• Developing skills in risk management and emergency preparedness, including developing emergency plans, responding to crises, and ensuring business continuity.
• Learning about new and emerging technologies related to facility management, such as building automation systems, energy management systems, and smart building technologies.

Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting. Meeting invites will be shared one day before the first day of training.
