Velosi Secures Major Compliance Assessment Contract with SONATRACH for GPDF Installations

Velosi is pleased to announce the award of a new contract with SONATRACH/TRC/Direction GPDF for carrying out a comprehensive technical diagnosis and developing a compliance program for GPDF installations in terms of:
Lot 1 – Industrial Risk Prevention
Lot 2 – Environmental Protection within the framework of sustainable development.

𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤
The detailed diagnosis of the compliance of installations and equipment will be carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, notably those of Executive Decree No. 21-331 of 25/08/2021, which sets the conditions for bringing installations and equipment related to hydrocarbon activities into compliance, as well as SONATRACH standards and reference documents, and international standards and best practices.

The diagnosis will include two (2) parts:
1. A detailed diagnosis identifying gaps and non-conformities with respect to applicable regulations, standards, and norms.

2. An action plan (corrective and preventive) for compliance, prioritization according to the criticality matrix, and a budget estimate for potential actions to be undertaken.

• Preparation and submission of the ATEX study report (HAC & adequacy)
• Preparation and submission of the HAZOP report

• Preparation and submission of the SIL verification study report
• Preparation and submission of the FERA report
• Preparation and submission of the Bowtie study report
• Preparation and submission of the noise study report
• Review of company studies (EDD / EIE / SGS / PGE / PII) and identification of gaps/findings
• Intermediate diagnostic reports for the compression station (SC3) Intermediate diagnostic reports for the Terminal Arrival (TA) site

• Intermediate diagnostic reports for pipeline, isolation, and shut-off stations (PS / PC)
• Preliminary diagnostic report
• Final diagnostic report
• Action plans for the compliance report
• A software application that displays
• the various regulatory and standard compliance requirements
• The compliance rate (percentage) for each requirement and the overall compliance rate;
• A chart illustrating regulatory compliance by aspect and by area
