Throughout his career, Mr. Abid has led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, managed payroll operations and employee compensation and benefits programs, including medical and life insurance and leave management. He has overseen employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution, while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law, visa, and work permit regulations. Mr. Abid has also coordinated LOA processing, CICPA permits, and Optima card management for employees and contractors, liaising closely with PROs and government authorities on labor and immigration matters.
