The program goes beyond traditional risk management by focusing on decision-making under pressure, the Incident Command System (ICS), emergency coordination, media management, and Next of Kin (NoK) handling.

    The training is designed as a simulation-driven Crisis Leadership Program, enabling participants to effectively manage high-impact incidents, protect organizational reputation, and ensure a structured response during emergencies.

  • By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
