Fertiglobe, an ADNOC Group company, has awarded Velosi a contract to conduct a FEED study for the installation of a 24-hour auto sampler and online monitoring system for treated effluent water being discharged to the marine environment.
This project marks the first-of-its-kind in the UAE to ensure compliance with ADNOC industrial wastewater regulation standards (e.g., HSE-EN-ST05: Environmental Performance Monitoring). These necessitate the regulation of parameters such as pH, nitrogen content, COD, TOC, conductivity, residual chlorine, TDS, and oil content.
Velosi’s technical team will perform site visits to both F-1 and F-2 plants to assess the feasibility of the tie-in locations and space availability for the analyzer shelter housing the sampling and monitoring equipment.
A comprehensive FEED package encompassing the design of the proposed system and modifications required to existing facilities will be issued.
Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:
- FEED Package
- ITB Package for EPC stage
- EPC Scope of Work
- EPC Schedule
- EPC Project Execution Plan
- EPC Cost Estimate (±10%)
