Velosi Asset Integrity Limited has been awarded a contract by CPECC to carry out a “Robustness Study and Metallurgy Study for TFT II / TFT Sud Gas Field Development Project”.

Velosi’s technical team will conduct a Robustness study and Metallurgy study for CPECC/GTFT that complies with the latest editions of API 580/581 and relevant standards.

Team Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:

Robustness study:

• Corrosion loop marked-up P&ID.
• CML location drawings
• TML location drawings
• Report of remaining life evaluation for equipment and piping.
• Recommended Repair or replacement works and future inspection Plan
• Corrosion Management Program. The program includes an inspection data and maintenance history management procedure to support operators in concentrating effectively and efficiently on data evaluations and making recommendations for enhanced robustness of the facilities.

Metallurgy study:

• Metallurgy study Report including corrosion factors and corrosion process, impacts related to the new gas composition, and technical recommendations and mitigation.
