Scope
Under the scope of work, this report contains the Risk Assessment of GTFT static equipment and presents the objective of the study, the methodology applied and the analysis results as well as appropriate recommendations arising out of the study.
Process
Strict methodology was implemented following a critical analysis report to provide actionable recommendations.
Outcome
Velosi’s team of expert individuals successfully performed activities under the scope of work assigned.
The team carried out risk assessment by adopting a semi-quantitative approach in accordance with API-580/581.
