Velosi has been appointed by ADNOC GS&S Assets to conduct HSE consultancy services.
Scope
The project involves the below-mentioned studies/activities including:
- Conduct Community Health Impact Assessment and submit Report ENVID Study Report
- ISO-14001 Lead Auditor training (Internationally Approved Lead Auditor Course)
- ISO-45001 Lead Auditor training (Internationally Approved Lead Auditor Course)
- ISO-50001 Lead Auditor training (Internationally Approved Lead Auditor Course)
- Carry out a Drop Survey which covers the following
- Drop checklist preparation
- Drop Survey report with Action Plan
- Baseline Air Quality Assessment
- Organize an in-house safety campaign for employees with the required assistance of KIOSK, banners, and other required equipment
- Food & Beverage Sample Lab Testing
- Develop a New HSE Procedural Manual
- Develop a Risk Register for different division
- Proof of concept (POC) study for installation of Assembly Point, Directional signs and Public safety sign
- Adequacy Check Report for Scaffolding Tunnel
- Organize Team Building Event
- Development of Material Handling and Storage Guidelines
- Development of Public Health and Welfare Guidelines
- Development of Food Safety Assurance Program
- Development of a Biodiversity Management Plan
Process
The work activities strictly adhered to specified methods, procedures, specifications, drawings, and other technical requirements and standards.
Outcome
