1. Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program development, enhancement, and optimization by conducting RBI assessment utilizing APM Meridium for static equipment and piping including developing RBI procedure/manual, reports.

2. On-Stream Inspection (OSI) program development, enhancement, and optimization by developing piping corrosion circuits and Thickness Measurement Locations (TML) utilizing APM Meridium.

As a result, Velosi will develop the As-Built drawings for Piping & equipment. Following the development of OSI Drawings, NDT team will perform the Inspection for the assets as identified by the YASREF Inspection Department.

Further, Inspection results will be uploaded in GE Meridium Software and TM Analysis will run to find the remaining life & corrosion rates. The existing Corrosion Loops, IOWs and Damage Mechanism will be reviewed and Updated by Velosi Corrosion & RBI Engineers. As a part of scope, OSI Engineers will review previous inspection history and validate information for existing TMLs in GE APM Meridium.
