Velosi Asset Integrity Limited is pleased to announce a new contract awarded by ๐’๐จ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ก, Hassi Messaoud, Algeria, for the comprehensive implementation of its ๐•๐€๐ˆ๐‹-๐๐‹๐€๐๐“ยฎ ๐‘๐ข๐ฌ๐ค-๐๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐‘๐๐ˆ) ๐ฌ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž for Asset Integrity Management across its RA1K Refinery operations.

During this contract, Velosi will deploy a structured, API 580/581-compliant RBI framework to manage pressure equipment, piping systems, storage tanks, and safety devices across the refinery. This initiative will transition Sonatrach from conventional time-based inspection practices to a fully digitalized, risk-driven methodology, enhancing operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and inspection planning efficiency.

Velosi’s delivery will span the full enterprise scope, from system configuration and asset hierarchy development to SAP CMMS integration and data migration. The proprietary VAIL-Plantยฎ platform will unify 7 specialized modules covering pressurized equipment, quantitative risk assessment, onshore pipeline integrity, cathodic protection, pressure safety valve management, inspection scheduling strategy, and asset performance analytics.
