Velosi has been awarded a contract by 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐜𝐨 to carry out “𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐎 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – 𝐏𝐑 # 𝟑𝟎𝟎𝟏𝟏𝟏𝟐𝟒𝟐𝟏” using the latest available version of the API Plant Manager software in accordance with Saudi ARAMCO procedure SAEP-343 (Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) for Saudi Aramco Facilities).
Velosi’s technical team will perform Risk-Based Inspection Evergreening, respectively compliant with API 580, API 581, and SAEP-343, update the Corrosion Control Document (CCD) as per the latest standard of SAEP-88, and lead optimization of the OSI program as per the latest standard of SAES-A-135. The Risk-Based Inspection shall be performed through E²G software (V.5.0.3) for Saudi Aramco Facilities.
Team Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:

o Develop and review of Corrosion Loop Drawings
o Develop and review of Inventory Group Drawings
o Population of Inspection History in RBI Software Database
o RBI Evergreening Study Reports
𝐎𝐒𝐈 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
o Optimization of CML (Condition Monitoring Locations) for equipment and piping based on risk ranking.
𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐂𝐃)
o Develop and review CCDs for all facilities of NAGO
