Velosi awarded a contract by SABIC-PetroKemya to conduct the Piping Re-circuitization within utilities-South and Polystyrene Plant
Velosi has been awarded a contract by SABIC-PetroKemya (South) to conduct the Piping Re-circuitization Phase-3 through GE APMS for the Petrokemya Utilities-South and Polystyrene Plant, Saudi Arabia.
Velosi team will perform Piping Re-circuitization within utilities-South and Polystyrene Plant by adopting a semi-quantitative RBI approach and utilizing GE Meridium Software. The RBI methodology for this project will be based on API RP 580/581.
The Velosi team will develop Material Selection Diagrams, Corrosion Loop drawings and piping circuits for piping, identify potential damage mechanisms and inventory groups, assess the likelihood of failure and the consequences, and propose corrosion control measures.
Team Velosi will complete the project by executing the following deliverables:
- Material Selection Diagrams
- Corrosion Loop Drawings (PFDs and P&IDs)
- Asset Registers
- Piping circuits
- Inventory Group Drawings
- Integrity operating windows-IOW’s
- Inspection Plan
- Inspection Drawings
- RBI Study Report
