The main objective of the project is to conduct RAM, RCM, RBI, and HSE studies, covering tasks such as providing the CMMMS execution plan, weekly progress reports, a project availability/reliability spreadsheet, and an Availability Review and Improvement Plan.

Velosi will develop an Asset Register Specification with HSECES tag-level identification and a Specification for Document and Data Handover to Operations. The scope includes conducting an RCM study, equipment criticality assessment, and supplying CMMS data with HSECES requirements.

Velosi will also establish monitoring requirements, develop condition monitoring systems, and implement a corrosion monitoring system. Additionally, an RBI system will be developed for all facility aspects, and Velosi will support the SAP data population, to be completed by the company.
