Eligibility Criteria of the Certification

To get the CRSP® certification, you need to have some education, training, and work experience. Your education might qualify you for an exemption from the professional development requirements.

You need at least a Bachelor’s degree in any subject, or a 2-year diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety from a recognized school. Or you must have 4 years of experience in occupational health and safety within the last 6 years, with at least 900 hours of practice each year.

If you have a Bachelor’s degree, you must also show that you have enough experience and training in occupational health and safety to be eligible. This also follows language requirement of 94-101 (IBT (TOEFL®) IBT/ and Score of 7 in IELTS.
