Job Description
- Leading a team of engineers to deliver projects in various disciplines including the following: Risk & Safety, Rig Safety, Environment, & SIL.
- Provide Guidance on the appropriate risk mitigation measures required for operational and integrity related Process Safety issues.
- Provide Guidance for operational issues on safety engineering systems including fire / explosion protection systems, and emergency facilities.
- Provide guidance, development and lateral learning to other Technical Safety Engineers.
- Facilitating hazard workshops for Process hazards. These may include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification and Facility Layout and Siting.
- Identifying work in progress and revenue forecasting.
- Completing HSEIA deliverables. These may include Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Consequences Modelling, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Fire & Gas Mapping Study, Air Dispersion Modelling (ADM), ALARP Demonstration, Escape Evacuation Risk Assessment (EERA), Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Control of Major Accidental Hazards (COMAH), Bow-tie Analysis etc.
- Managing discipline work to the required schedule and manhour allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and day-to-day supervision of sub-discipline personnel on the project.
- Responsible for departmental PnL.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience: 10 to 18 years
- Project Experience: ADNOC Projects
- FERA (Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment)
- EERA (Emergency Escape and Rescue Analysis)
- ESSA (Essential Safety Systems Assessment)
- Proficient in QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment)
