Job Responsibilities
- Maintain rotating/static equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, piping, heat exchangers, etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs (RCM, vibration analysis, thermography).
- Ensure compliance with mechanical standards (API, ASME, ISO).
- Conduct inspections, testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Prepare shutdown plans, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Support upgrades, overhauls, and facility modification projects.
- Perform RCA for frequent failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination.
- Guide and support junior mechanical personnel.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and maintenance reliability methods.
- Familiarity with API/ASME codes and condition monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
