Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain rotating/static equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, piping, heat exchangers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs (RCM, vibration analysis, thermography).
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical standards (API, ASME, ISO).
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
  • Prepare shutdown plans, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
  • Support upgrades, overhauls, and facility modification projects.
  • Perform RCA for frequent failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination.
  • Guide and support junior mechanical personnel.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and maintenance reliability methods.
  • Familiarity with API/ASME codes and condition monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
