Job Description
The HSE Technical assistant shall be capable of providing the below scope but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate HSE training requests and follow up until its closure.
- Verify HSE training validity and provide refresher training accordingly.
- Coordinate WMS panel assessment between the HSE panel assessment team and the requester.
- Additionally, schedule the assessment, communicate the assessment results to the requester, and issue a WMS card / Certificate.
- Maintain HSE training facility.
- Develop HSE posters, video, prepare and distribute HSE bulletins/newsletters, HSE alerts to enhance awareness.
- Provide assistance to HSE trainer and the department.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 4-5 years experience as technical assistant in HSE.
- Professional Certifications in Microsoft office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
