Emirates Steel Arkan has awarded a contract to Velosi to perform a Fitness for Service (FFS) Assessment for the Reactor Vessel in the United Arab Emirates.

The main objective of this project is to verify the mechanical integrity of the Reactor Vessel for metal loss due to corrosion/erosion. Velosi’s technical team will perform original design verification as per the original design code, review of the latest inspection reports and FFS assessment as per API RP 579-1.

• FFS Assessment Report as per API 579 for Reactor Vessel
• Remaining Life Assessment
• Recommendation for the Monitoring Plan
