Third Party Asset Integrity Review of Al Karkara Facilities

Qatar Petroleum Development (QPD) Co. Ltd. has awarded a contract to Velosi to conduct 3rd Party Asset integrity Review of Al Karkara facilities at QPD offshore in Qatar.

The Velosi team will perform the below-mentioned activities and submit the following deliverables.

Activities:

• Perform detailed review of QPD documentation such as operating manuals, standards etc.
• Define the methodology for the Integrity Assessment of the plant
• Perform Site visit to verify the information as well as conduct site interviews with operational staff
• Perform a detailed Assessment of the integrity status
• Preparation of Audit protocol of each specific system.

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬:

• Submission of Audit protocol of each specific system.
• Prepare Current Status Report for Each Equipment / System
• Prepare a corrective action Report with the following
  – Immediate actions deemed necessary to ensure the integrity of the Asset
  – Medium Term actions required to ensure the integrity of the Asset for the next 5 years from the assessment year
  – Long-time actions required to ensure the integrity of the Asset for a period over 20 years from the 5th year.
  – Prepare a high-level cost estimate for the proposed recommendations with an execution plan.
• Prepare the Corrective action Register in Excel to follow up on the actions.
• Prepare a management presentation and present to all stakeholders including QP
