Third Party Inspection & Certification Services for Gas Distribution Network
A Major Oil and Gas Company in the Middle East has awarded a contract to Velosi to provide assurance of system integrity through design review, verifications, and site inspection services in order to fulfill the requirement for asset acquisition and Integrity assessment of the operational gas network.
Velosi’s team of expert individuals will successfully conduct an independent review, verification, inspection, Validation, and certification of the EPC works (engineering, procurement, manufacture, installation, site works, testing, commissioning, asset management, etc.). The team will be responsible for executing activities from Construction Stage up to the Commissioning stage, including review, inspection/supervision, validation and certification of materials, construction activities, testing & commissioning.
Velosi will execute the following deliverable:
- Certificate of conformity
- Fit to operate certificate
- Asset Register in Company Format
- Valve list with GPS coordinates
- Joint map with GPS coordinates
- Approved As-Built Drawings
- Detailed Assessment Report with observations and recommendations
- Special Studies – Civil & Structural, Electrical & instrumentation design, design assessment, and any related studies.
- Assessments / Analysis – Failure Analysis of pipeline joints/valves/equipment/AGIs etc.
- HAZID/ QRA / HAZOP/SIL/FRA/Dispersion Assessment/ PHSER / Risk Assessments etc.
- HSEIA as per ADNOC’s latest HSE-Standards
- ENVID, OHID, EERA, H2S Zoning Study, Bowtie, HSECES Identification, ERP, EIA, Noise Study, OEMP, OHRA, Social Baseline Study (SBS), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Social Screening (SSC), Social Impact Assessment Screening Report (SIA Screening), Community Engagement and Communication Plan, and External Stake Holder Engagement Plan.
