Boru Hatları İle Petrol Taşıma A.Ş. (BOTAS), Turkey, has awarded a contract to Velosi to perform Stress Analysis for a natural gas pipeline. The pipeline travels from Russia’s border to Bulgaria’s border via Turkey, covering a total distance of 141 kilometers.
Velosi’s technical team will perform Stress Analysis according to the ASME B31.8 standard and BOTAS guidelines. This activity is carried out to check the flexibility of pipe routing and verify that pipe stresses are within the allowable limits as per ASME B31.8 standards.
As a part of this project, Velosi technical team will furnish and deliver the Stress Analysis Report.
