Drilling Rig Move Manual for Onshore Rigs
A Major Oil and Gas Company in the Middle East has awarded a contract to Velosi to develop an updated “Rig Move Manual” for onshore Rigs.
This comprehensive manual will include the Rig move procedure of all types of onshore Rigs along with HSE, transportation, Roles and Responsibilities during Rig move operation and the Company’s philosophy related to the Rig move safety program.
Velosi’s technical team will develop this comprehensive Rig move manual as per the latest client’s drilling standards and guidelines.
The activities include analyzing gaps in existing individual Rig move manuals when compared to best industrial practices, updating Rig move procedures for each type of Rig, and compiling procedure manuals for all the Rigs in a single comprehensive document, including general Rig move safety requirements and policies.
Team Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:
