This course will focus on the advanced and key topics of reservoir fluid properties, fundamentals, practical measurements, and workflows.

Velosi’s Reservoir Fluid (PVT) and EOS training course insights are practical, and as a participant, you will gain the opportunity to experience both real data and actual industry problems. This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental phase behavior that is crucial for accurately describing and modeling Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) processes, as well as the depletion performance of complex fluid systems.

By the end of this course, participants will learn to:

• Understand the mechanisms of formation damage.
• Identify and analyze critical factors that contribute to formation damage.
• Select the appropriate methods to prevent and mitigate formation damage.
• Utilize laboratory testing to evaluate the effectiveness of formation damage mitigation methods.
• Apply the knowledge of formation damage to field cases.
• Recognize formation damage issues at any stage of well development and reservoir exploitation.
• Evaluate drilling and completion practices.
• Develop procedures to assess and integrate laboratory and field techniques.
• Develop cost-effective strategies to quantify annual revenue loss associated with formation damage.

Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting. Meeting invites will be shared one day before the first day of training.
