Job Description:
  • Planned and performed routine and non-routine preventive & corrective maintenance for major mechanical rotary equipment which includes, pumps, compressor, turbine, engine, blower, generator, fan, etc.
  • Planned shutdown maintenance for mechanical rotary equipment which also includes the development of documents/procedures like maintenance strategy, maintenance plan, and shutdown management plan.
  • Knowledge of equipment failure modes and breakdowns to establish improvement plans.
  • Identify systems, sub-systems, equipment, and conditions, that could adversely impact plant operation, through the use of reliability methodologies as applicable.
  • Methodologies include, but are not limited to, bad actor analysis, failure statistical analysis, criticality analysis, failure modes and effect analysis, and root cause analysis.
