Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) has awarded a contract to Velosi for Conducting SIS Assessment for all plants located at Ras-Al-Khair north of Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

SIL Study to conduct a systematic examination of the integrated complex at Ras Al Khair consists of Sulfuric Acid Plant (SAP), Phosphoric Acid Plant (PAP), Ammonia Plant (AP), Di-ammonium Phosphate Plant (DAP), and Power & Desalination Plant (PDP), in order to mitigate the potential hazards during operations, which are capable of causing major safety, environmental or financial impact.

Velosi specialists shall follow the international approach as per BS IEC-61508, IEC-61511 and ISA TR 84.00.02 to ensure the operation of the plant is safe and reliable.
