Tecnicas Reunidas has awarded a contract to Velosi for the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Study and Implementation Project of its NGL Facility, which involves Updating asset registers and performing RBI analysis of over 800 Equipment and over 33000 piping at Tanajib Gas Plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Velosi team will review/validate corrosion loops and assign the damage mechanism of corrosion loops and piping circuits. The project also involves the marking of CMLs on Isometrics, development of Corrosion Loop Description, Inventory Groups, Piping Circuits, Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs), and RBI Implementation using the latest API RBI software compliant with SAEP-343.
