ORYX-GTL Limited has awarded a contract to Velosi to conduct an RBI-Assessment of the complete ORYX-GTL facility in Qatar. ORYX-GTL consists of LPG, NAPHTA, Diesel processing facilities, Flare systems, and Utilities.

Velosi technical team will perform a risk assessment of all the ORYX-GTL plants as per the latest API-580/581. The activities include corrosion loop development, highlighting corrosion mitigation strategies, performing corrosion risk assessment, and creating Integrity Operating Windows (IOW) and RBI in Bentley Software.

Velosi technical team will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:

• Identify corrosion loops on PFDs and Translate data into P&IDs
• Develop Inventory Group from isolation locations
• Quantify the risk involved in every Equipment using risk, consequence, and criticality analysis
• Develop a cost-effective inspection and maintenance plan
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection
• Timely identification of repair/replacement of degrading/deteriorating equipment
• Development of an inspection plan
