QatarEnergy has awarded a contract to Velosi to develop and update of Operating Procedure Manuals for Recycle Gas Plant Facility, Acid Gas Removal Plant Facility and Wellheads & Offsite at Dukhan, Qatar.
QatarEnergy is the Qatari national oil and gas producing, processing and exporting company. Onshore and offshore oil and gas producing fields are situated, onshore at Dukhan on the western coast of Qatar and Offshore approximately 30 kilometers on the eastern coast.
Velosi’s technical team will perform all OPMs upgrades and development activities as per the latest as built condition of the plant/facility, old & ongoing Projects/PCRs/MOCs modifications, Red Line Markups P&IDs were created. The activities include is to create a fully accurate and comprehensive Operating Procedures Manuals that address the current status and method of operating each facility.
Team Velosi will complete the project by issuing the following deliverables:
- Twenty Recycle Gas Plant Operating Procedure Manuals
- One Acid Gas Removal Plant Manual
- Three Wellhead and Offsite Operating Procedure Manuals
- Red Line Markups of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
