We are thrilled to share that Archirodon Construction has entrusted Velosi with a contract for managing the ‘Project Risk Workshop for the “EPCM of Project Wave–C3B” in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This workshop will involve a comprehensive approach, including identifying and evaluating risks, developing robust mitigation strategies, ongoing monitoring, and strict adherence to the Risk Management process. Our primary aim is to bolster accuracy in estimates, ensuring better control over future uncertainties while supporting the Project team in achieving their goals for time, cost, and quality.

The ‘Deltek Acumen Fuse’ software will be utilized as a part of this project.
