Our Role
Awarded

The main objective of the project is to perform RCM study for Gas Compression Plants (GCP) and Produced Water Injection System (PWIS) of Saudi Aramco.

As a result, the Velosi team will identify the operating context of the equipment and prepare a Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) as initial part of RCM analysis and determine the appropriate maintenance tasks for the identified failure modes in the FMECA. Once task selection is complete for all elements in the FMECA, the resulting maintenance scope will be combined into discrete work packages.

This analysis shall determine the failure modes and their consequential effects. For each failure mode, the study shall determine the duration and resources required to affect a repair and identify any maintenance activities that can reduce or eliminate the probability of future failures.
