Técnicas Reunidas has awarded a contract to Velosi to develop Operating Instruction Manuals (OIMs) for the units within Package 09: Gas Inlet, Storage and Compression Facilities and Package 11: NGL Recovery & Fractioning in Marjan Increment Program Tanajib Gas Plant Project for Saudi Aramco Field.

Velosi’s technical team will carry out all OIMs development activities based on the latest as-built condition of the plant/facility. The scope of work includes creating comprehensive and accurate Operating Instruction Manuals that cover the following minimum information:
• Process and Control Descriptions
• Plant Upset Scenarios
• Startup and Shutdown Procedures
• Special Procedures
• Emergency Instructions

This ensures that the manuals provide a detailed and precise guide for safe and efficient plant operation.
