ADNOC LNG Company intends to use the services of a suitable consultant to provide the relevant resources and expertise necessary to update its current AIM Systems and subsystems to fully comply with ADNOC AGAI-STD-0002 requirements.

ADNOC LNG’s existing AIMS documentation, process, and procedures were reviewed and aligned with ADNOC’s applicable Asset Integrity Management documents released in 2017 as listed below:

• ADNOC-COP IM-1.0 Integrity Management
• ADNOC-COP IM-1.1 Inspection and Corrosion Management
• ADNOC-COP IM-1.2 Maintenance Management
• ADNOC-COP IM-1.3 Well Integrity Management

Velosi provided highly qualified, certified, and experienced personnel for the execution of the following scope activities.

• Gap Analysis of ADNOC LNG’s existing documents (SOPs and AIRMS documents)
• Development of ADNOC LNG’s Asset Integrity & Maintenance Management System and new SOPs for Concrete and Steel assets.

A gap analysis was performed to evaluate and compare the ADNOC LNG AIMS documents and existing SOPs against the expectations described in new ADNOC standards (AGAI-STD-0002 and AGAI-STD-0004). All the documents were reviewed and gaps were discussed with the ADNOC LNG team during multiple review workshops. After ADNOC LNG’s concurrence on identified gaps and their bridging against each document was finalized for further development of AIMS documents and SOPs.

Velosi successfully performed the Gap Analysis of existing documents by comparing them with the ADNOC Standards and International Codes and provided the outcome in the form of new AIMS documents and SOPs.
