Velosi team will perform the following
- scope of services:
- Visual Inspection of piping and equipment.
- Preparation of on-site equipment and piping sketches.
- Identification of critical points considering high pressure, pinch points, corrosion rates etc.
- Thickness Measurement of piping and equipment.
- Thickness Monitoring Location (TML) marking on drawing /sketch.
- Determination of Material loss, Corrosion rates, remaining life and material brittleness etc.
- Defect Identification along with recommendations and photographic presentation / evidence.
- Determination of frequency of inspections based on the current condition of facility.
