Mr. Ijaz Ul Karim Rao is the Founder Director of Velosi Asset Integrity Limited which is part of Global Velosi Group, with over 30 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry.
He has been designing and commissioning process, safety, mechanical and piping systems for different oil and gas projects. He had worked and managed different Asset Integrity Management Projects for both the upstream and downstream industries. He also worked on different Verification and Certification projects for ADNOC, BP, Total Fina Elf, Shell, Premier Oil, and others.

Presently, he is the Director of Velosi Asset Integrity, HSE & Engineering Services division and looking after overall operations including RBI, RCM, SIL, HSE, Engineering Design, and Software Development Divisions. He has been successfully providing these services throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.
He has pioneered a software product “VAIL – Plant®” – a full integrity management system for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure Sectors. This product caters to inspection and maintenance management to the automation needs of an expanding base of clients.
