Velosi’s Project Quality Management System incorporates quality assurance and quality control services for providing a total solution to efficiently manage the work of the nominated EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor during the engineering design, procurement and construction stages of a project.

We ensure that all the internationally recognized quality management systems are used to monitor every stage of a project’s development, including the design, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning stages.

Our Project Quality Management System encompasses three quality aspects, namely project quality, procurement quality and construction quality.

Major Activities of the Project Quality Stage:

Creating a project quality manual to consolidate procedures and flowcharts.
Building a project execution plan, audit schedules and data packages.
Completing any additional auditing of the execution contractor's compliance with statutory laws.
Maintaining a project non-conformance register, issuing non-conformances (NCR) and following up on corrective action and closeout.
Reviewing of all design activities to ensure conformance with project specifications.
Performing criticality assessments to establish the focus for quality-related activities.
