A Major Oil & Gas Company in Middle East has awarded a contract to Velosi for Master Data Preparation and Enhancement across their various onshore fields to optimize Planned Maintenance downtime as well as to reinforce the reliability of operating facilities.

Velosi’s technical team will perform document surveys, physical site verification, etc., to compare existing Maximo/SAP Master Database Vs tags obtained from site verifications, survey of secured drawings/documents & Engineering Document Management System to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to rectify the observed gaps in line with realization of client’s Tagging/Structure, Guidelines requirement & ISO 14224.

This will help end users to access documents, drawings and recognize technical specifications directly from SAP system without reference to documents, drawings etc.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠;

• Documents arrangement in organized folders per site covering Engineering Drawings from EDMS, Sites, necessary documents and submission of document Index highlighting Site visit requirements

• Site visits for data collection

• Submission of furnished CMMS templates

• Development of Tag Specific performance Standards including Minimum Assurance criteria, Tag specific Assurance Values and attachment templates for developed Tag specific performance standard

• Development of Task Lists and Maintenance Plans for maintainable items

• Maintenance Work Instructions

• Tagging of Non-Coded HSECES Tags and tags specific Performance standards for all sites

• Submission of document index with all Documentation of drawings and documents in appropriate arrangement with naming convention in Hard disk and EDMS

• Upload Template Quality check and Data Loading Activities
