Another Year of Excellence: Velosi Continues Its Partnership with BSR Through Vail-Plant® AMC Renewal
Velosi proudly announces the renewal of the VAIL-Plant® Software Annual Maintenance Contract with BSR for the Year 2026–2027
Velosi is pleased to announce the renewal of the VAIL-Plant® Annual Upgrade and Maintenance Support Services Contract with BSR for the year 2026–2027.
This renewal marks another important milestone in the continued partnership between Velosi and BSR. It reflects BSR’s continued confidence in Velosi’s technical expertise, reliable service delivery, and the proven capabilities of the VAIL-Plant® software platform in supporting inspection, integrity, and maintenance management activities.
Under this annual maintenance and support agreement, Velosi shall continue to provide software maintenance, technical support, system updates, upgrade services, bug-fix support, troubleshooting assistance, and continuous improvement support for the implemented VAIL-Plant® software modules.
The scope of the renewed support services covers the following VAIL-Plant® modules:
- Pressurized Equipment Management Software (PEMS)
- Inspection Scheduling Management Software (ISMS)
As part of this contract, Velosi shall also update VAIL-Plant® AI-Powered Voice Assistant SARA and SARA Bot with enhanced features to further enhance user support, system interaction, data accessibility, and digital assistance within the VAIL-Plant® environment.
The VAIL-Plant® platform supports BSR in managing key asset integrity processes, including inspection data management, inspection planning, scheduling, reporting, and related operational workflows. Through this renewed support contract, Velosi will continue to help BSR maintain efficient inspection and integrity management practices.
This renewal further demonstrates the long-term value of VAIL-Plant® as a reliable asset integrity management solution. By maintaining regular updates, technical support, and upgrade services, Velosi aims to enhance system performance, improve user experience, and support the continuous digitalization of inspection and integrity processes.
