Objective
- Detailed study, Analysis of existing HVAC system and recommendation for improvement of the existing system at SNGPL Head Office Building Lahore.
Scope of Work
The primary scope of services of Consultancy services includes:
- Detailed Study and Analysis of HVAC System (i.e. chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs. cooling towers and all other accessories including the distribution network on floors) of Head Office Building
- Inspection and Testing of items mentioned above to evaluate their efficiency
- Providing a comprehensive report on existing HVAC System installed at Head Office Building and also provide recommendations for improvements along with the course of action
- Preparation of Bid Sheet for floating the tender for the execution of remedial measures

- Building Heat Load Calculations
- Chiller & Boilers Efficiencies Evaluation
- Audit Report: The Report shall contain the findings, analysis and assessment
