Objective
- Unilever Pakistan ICF wants to execute SIL assessment and verification for all of its Safety Instrumented Functions at Ammonia and LPG circuits in its Ice Cream Factory, Lahore.
- Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&EDs) are also to be developed by Consultant.
Scope of Work
The primary scope of services of Consultancy services includes:
- Unilever Pakistan ICF wants to execute SIL assessment and verification for all of its Safety Instrumented Functions at Ammonia and LPG circuits in its Ice Cream Factory, Lahore.
- Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&EDs) are also to be developed by the consultant.

- Collection of Data
- Discussion with Unilever Engineers for Preparation of C&EDs, preparation, submission and approval of C&Eds
- Execution of SIL Classification and verification (as per IEC-61508 & 61511 standards)
- Validation of SIL Assessment and Verification of SIFs
- Submission of SIL Assessment Report
