NDT SERVICES ON STATIC & ROTARY EQUIPMENT DURING 2018 SHUTDOWN
Velosi was hired by Hannover Consulting Engineers to perform design review of NG pipe network for construction of a building at Sector RBW-7, Plot C25, Al-Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi.
Objective
ICI Polyester Ltd. Sheikhupura engaged Velosi Integrity & Safety Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. to perform all Non-destructive Inspections during its 2018 shutdown to assess the reliability of equipment throughout the time period until forthcoming downtime.
Scope of Work
The scope of services which were hired by ICI Polyester Limited Sheikhupura is as under:
- Boroscopic Inspection.
- Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Die Penetrant Testing Inspection.
- Laser alignment of Motor and Pump Shafts.
- Vibration analysis of Motors, Pumps and Fans.
