EPCC TENDER FOR ECC APPROVED LPG AIR MIX PLANTS
Objective

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is in the process of installing LPG-Air mix plants at various locations approved by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) and located in the franchise area of Sindh and Balochistan. SSGC has started option of EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) for delivering afore-mentioned projects of public welfare on time, where the following scope are included in the scope of EPCC contractor of ECC approved LPG Air Mix plants

Scope of Work
The primary scope of services of Consultancy services includes:
- Understanding of SOW, Obligation of contractors, special terms and condition, bid price schedule, evaluation criteria for EPCC.
- Evaluation of bidders technical and financial competence.
- Technical and Financial Evaluation.
- Logical and Technical reasoning for rejection of bid
- Attend Procurement Grievance Meeting
- Presentation before management
- Draft Report Preparation
