To develop corporate-level procedures for Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Framework & Governance procedures in-line with international standards and best engineering practices in Oil & Gas production & processing facilities.
Outcome
Velosi developed Corporate Level Asset Integrity Framework & Governance Procedures, describing the structure of systems for managing Asset Integrity in accordance with Asset Integrity Management Policy objectives. It is the mean, by which the AIM policy is related to the planning and execution of activities to achieve the overall objectives within MPCL’s operating environment.
