Objective
- To ensure good quality of material

- To avoid wastage of public money
- To take an objective view through an independent professional team of experts
- To ensure proper residential supervision of the schemes of Missing Facilities, Reconstruction of Dilapidated School Buildings, Construction of Shelter-less Schools and Up-gradation of Schools in leftover UCs.
Scope of Work
The primary scope of services of Consultancy services includes:
- The consultant will obtain copies of detailed estimates from XEN Buildings Jhang
- The consultant will keep the record of all work executed on-site in the form of videos and pictures
- The consultant will make a record of all the relevant data, pertaining to inspection. They will maintain separate files for each scheme
- The consultant will ensure that good quality material is used during construction and the testing of materials
- The consultant shall provide a detailed report with findings of non-compliance, and recommendation for the overall improvement of the construction work

- Fortnightly Tour Programme
- Monthly Progress Report
- Draft Report (with findings and recommendations)
- Approved Final Report (after review and consultation with Client)
- Presentation to CEO, DEA Jhang
