Objectives
The primary objective of the consultancy services is to construct a perspective including state-of-the-art, technology-smart, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly monumental buildings for the following campuses of Allama Iqbal Open University.
- “Construction of Regional Campus Sargodha.”
- “Construction of Model Study Center Liaqat-Pur”.
- “Construction of Regional Campus Attack.”
- “Construction of Regional Campus Sahiwal”.
The architectural planning & detailed Engineering designing must be based on the following principles of sustainable designing:
- Resource conservation costing
- Minimum life cycle costing
- Energy efficient and Environmentally Friendly
- Flexible/Modular Design
- Technology smart consists of Architectural planning, Engineering design and interior designing. Including External Services (Water/Supply, Electricity, Gas, Sewerage
- System, Networking, cooling & heating System, Fire alarm System, FootFootpath.)
Scope of Work
The scope of the consultancy services includes the following work:
- Planning & Detailed Designing of the Project.
- Detailed site supervision & Top supervision at different stages as required during the execution of the project.
- The preliminary Linear Architectural Plan of the proposed buildings will be prepared as per the requirements of AIOU and available spaces, the said plan can be revised and to be prepared by the consultancy firms accordingly.
